Emilie ArendsThe MBA program at Stetson University gave me the opportunity of expanding my knowledge by not only learning about the concepts and theory in different areas, but by actually allowing me to apply these to real world cases. Furthermore, every professor’s enthusiasm to teach and willingness to be involved created an even more encouraging learning environment.

My experience in the program was fantastic and its benefits to my career continue to be apparent every day.

Nicole ForostoskiStetson University has an outstanding MBA program. I took classes at Celebration and DeLand. The facilities are top of the line at both campuses; everything is available for any type of audio / visual presentation. All of the instructors have real world experiences and share them in the classroom. The variety of teaching styles they each have keeps things stimulating, everything from thought provoking lectures to group presentations.

Having received my BBA at Stetson University, I can say they have their top notch instructors teaching the MBA classes.

Homer P. JordanStetson University’s MBA program provides a rich educational experience. Classes are a kaleidoscope of diversity, from full-time students to experienced working professionals. The unique atmosphere this created enabled students to apply academic theories in a variety of situations.

I attended classes at both the Deland and Celebration campuses, where evening classes made it possible for me obtain my education while continuing to work full-time. One of the most beneficial aspects of this program is the case-study based learning, which helped me build a solid bridge between the classroom and my workplace.

I applied lessons from the University to my work, where I created a financial model to consolidate and report multi-billion dollar financial forecasts to corporate headquarters. Ultimately this financial model led to an early promotion.

Another valuable feature of the Stetson program is that it has a strong summer study-abroad program which is reasonably priced, educationally relevant, and provides field experience related to international business.

I highly recommend Stetson University’s MBA program to anyone seeking a substantial return from their graduate studies.

My experience in the MBA program at Stetson University exceeded my expectations. The student body varied greatly in age and experience which allows multiple perspectives on a concept to be discussed as opposed to a purely lecture based structure. This personal approach to both theoretical and core business concepts prepare you for the real world application of the program.

The faculty emphasizes the importance of being prepared to find a career and once employed, being able to immediately be a productive member. Everything about the program is aimed at making certain each graduate is prepared for whatever avenue in business they choose- the program doesn’t just educate, it seeks to fully prepare and that has proven incredibly beneficial to me.

In addition, the MBA program has given me a great advantage as a law student because of the unique understanding and insight into business matters that others do not. The wide range of topics in the program gives a strong background for an even greater spectrum of opportunities after completion of the degree. From modern technology and international development courses to those concerning core business concepts and personal character building, the program emphasizes more than just a series of class lectures on finance and management.

The underlying goal in the program is to make successful people no matter how they use the knowledge attained at Stetson. I’m able to pair my MBA with a J.D. to distinguish myself from other candidates for a job and by far that is the greatest benefit you can get.
